A basic mini will have from a 3hp engine to a 5hp engine. I have seen bigger and smaller then that around too. they sit on a basic two pipe steel frame with a simple fork and handlebar setup. the transmision is comonly a centrifical clutch, but a torque converter might work better for hills and such. that is hooked up to a chain turning a sprocket on a wheel. the brake can either go on the clutch or the rear wheel. front brakes are not useually on a bike but there are exceptions. . . .
